"For a very old property you can tell the owner looks after the rooms they are old but clean. Mandy the lady looking after the hotel whilst the owner is away very polite, nice and welcoming. Felt great staying here with my daughter. I'll be back, thank you very much. X"

"Inexpensive, basic, clean, no-frills, on-suite double room. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking for residents. Ideal for a short break where you want to spend your money when you’re out and about – 12 mins walk from the Tower, Winter Gardens, Houndshill Shopping Centre, pedestrian precincts and Wetherspoons pubs. "Extremely reasonably priced accessible hotel. At approximately £65pn for a double /twin plus meals approx £12-15per person per night this is ideal for attending shows at Winter Gardens /funny girls. Tram outside or taxi approx £6 to Winter Gardens. Flat walk for those who want to promenade down into town. We Extended stay as such an affordable hotel meant we were able to add another impulse theatre booking. Enjoyed another 2 days using hotel facilities and exploring Blackpool. "
