"Lovely pub hotel, close to Gatwick airport. We had an upstairs room in the separate annex outside the main building. Very spacious room, clean bathroom, and comfy bed. Had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent (if a little pricey). Was leaving for the airport at 7:30am and breakfast started from 8, so they prepared us a very substantial packed breakfast to go. Overall excellent value for money and would certainly stay again and recommend."

"Mitch on reception, very welcoming & friendly. Great ‘Director of First Impressions’. Room was absolutely lovely. Food amazing, especially brekkie! (Chef very friendly and accommodating). Gym, small but had decent equipment. Spa, lovely (although disappointed that the steam room wasn’t operational) and bar staff exceptional. Dody is such a credit to your team. "Amazing value for a stay so close to and with an easy quick route to Gatwick Airport. Large house,showing its' sign of age in parts BUT what matters were perfect....generous sized room and bathroom, kettle and ample supply of tea, coffee etc plus biscuits, TV, spacious parking, petrol and sainsbury opposite. Despite the main road location it was very quiet inside. Would definitely choose again!."
