The property is walking distance to the train which for me was important as well as right in the heart of the town. "Amazing property, we stayed in the one bedroom apartment which had a full living room, kitchen, bedroom with a ton of closet space and large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and knew us by name right away. It was super convenient to walk to everything being centrally located. "

"Great location, central to numerous key spots you will want to visit while in Florence. Clean apartment, contact Francesca allowed us to drop off our luggage several hours before official check in time which was very kind / accommodating. If there is one slight drawback it's that there are 50 stairs from street level to the apartment which is a bit daunting when carrying heavy luggage. The apartment itself is very functional with comfortable beds, washing machine, decent sized shower, etc. ...
