"After check-in. We went out of hotel for dinner and we were told to leave our room key at front desk. When we returned to hotel at 12am the hotel was locked and we could not enter. We buzzed the door and knocked for 15 minutes. We had to drive to different hotel to stay the night. I would like full refund."

"It's beautiful old building, we stayed at Chambre Agathe which was clean and cosy. Bed and pillow were comfortable and we slept well. Bathroom was clean too. Breakfast was great with fresh croissants and bread. Breakfast room has view and access to beautiful garden. We had lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay again. "

"Clean, quiet, large air conditioner room, comfortable bed. Car park is the public one underground across the road and is cheap, I parked from 6pm to 9am for 4.20 Euros. Plenty of places to eat nearby and a perfect hotel for a stopover en route."

"Not the best hotel, but you pay for what you get. Wasn’t very fancy of course - but got the job done. Easy to drive to Pairi Daiza, which was the only reason we stayed here. Basic breakfast buffet, but amazing to start the day off with a full stomach :) The best was the free parking."
