"Second stay. Room was fine for 4 of us. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Kids outdoor play area is small but private so you can have a drink and keep an eye on the little ones at the same time. Free parking. Drinks are reasonable for a pub chain. Didn’t have chance to try the pub menu, we would stay again as it’s 5 minutes from the main centre and harbour area"

"Nutshell is a really lovely little place to stay, ideal for couples and close to the town. There was a bit of noise on Halloween but that’s to be expected in Whitby - the other two nights were very quiet. We’ll definitely book again."

"We had a great time staying in this lovely house. It's really well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We are a family of five and there was plenty of room in the lounge for us all to sit together on the big settee. The house is situated in a great location, near to the town, not far from the seafront, just great for walking anywhere really. There's a parking space at the house, which is a big bonus. "Modern, well fitted out apartment. Great to have an indoor car park. Watching the steam trains from the window was a bonus. I'm guessing though that the radiators will be well used in the cooler months."
