"Nobody on desk when we first arrived, despite waiting. First room we were given was weirdly hot, despite it being cool outside. Price does not reflect quality of hotel."

"Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay."

"The 4 of us booked this only a day or two before and we’d never heard of the place, but decided to try it. Glad we did as it’s a lovely hotel in a great location. Lovely clean spacious room and the food was excellent. We’d brought our bikes so we rode to Lancaster along the trail. Little gem this one 👍"
