"As others have said, the hotel is dated but clean. I guess, if they were to upgrade, the rate would be giher. The room has everything that is needed. I spent most of the time out anyway, so it didn't matter too much. The breakfast is basic but there is plenty of food - you want go hungry, just limited choice.
