"One of the best hotels in Europe. The welcome was fit for an executive including room upgrade and complimentary beverage. Every staff member we encountered was 5 🌟. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. Location is in a quiet part of Innerstadt and close enough to walk within minutes to most of the sites. Highly recommend a stay as we will book again next time we are in Vienna."

"The location is PERFECT For Vienna - dont question that. The instructions for entering the apartment were on point and easy. The apartment is not fancy but very comfortable and both during day and night was quite and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay there again as the apartment is spacious and easy to navigate and the communication from HeyMI was absolutely perfect. If you are driving there is a great parking garage less than 5 min walk from the apartment."
