I was greeted by someone in my room, transpired that my room had changed and the staff were less than helpful, otherwise it was an acceptable stay. Adequate car parking, food available via UberEats. Room is acceptable, beds are quite comfortable. No issues."

"Stayed here after seeing Hamilton in the Victoria Palace theatre. Perfect location if you’re going there. Room was lovely and clean. Staff very welcoming, polite and helpful - let us check in early as the room was available. Had breakfast also which we really enjoyed. Again staff in the restaurant were excellent, very professional and well presented - great choice of food, and lovely coffee- even had ‘to go’ cups for tea/coffee which was a nice touch to take one as you leave.
