"Everything was great! Very close to the train station and shopping/food options. The staff were all wonderful. Thank you so much! "

"From the moment I was checked in to the last breakfast here I was delighted with everyone and everything. The location, amenities, & overall facility was beyond my expectations. This was my first time in Japan and it will not be my last. I will be staying at JR hotels whenever I am in Japan. Thank you all for your kindness and hospitality. "

"Great place to stay especially for the price. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of options. Staff were very friendly and the shuttle bus to nishi-funabushi station was very convenient!! "

"The rooms are nice and very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The hot tubs on the top floor were incredible."

"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Location was amazing right next to train station"

"Nice and big room. Hard mattress which is good. Big washroom w storage showers and bath tub. Walk-in closet. Good stopover choice"

"Room was new and clean! Small but sufficient space, and impressive how three twin beds could fit. The Hawaiian breakfast was a great treat, and staff were kind and helpful with any question I had."

"This was a perfect start and end for our days. It's a quiet area so you can get rest for your day ahead. Book with the breakfast option, it's delicious and convenient. And it's within minutes of the Keisei Tsudanuma station. Bonus, the grocery store is open until 1 am. Rooms were clean, laundry nearby, and a evening drink from the 10th floor."

"I only stayed one night , small hotel, it was very clean and modern. A lot of restaurants around. Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very nice and helpful. Nice place."

"Stayed in the Japanese style room for 2 nights and it was the best choice. Loved the traditional bath which I used at least 4x myself. The location was excellent too: 1) there’s airport bus right downstairs and the train station was just 1-2 mins walk, 2) 7-11 x2 and Fam Mart 1-2 mins walk 3) huge Aeon supermarket 3mins walk 4) Aeon Mall which made the Costco look tiny 7mins drive or 1 JR stop. This was the best landing zone to wear off the jet lag."

"A really great place to stay, one of the best choices we made for Tokyo. Even though it might be off the Yamanote line, it is still close to many other attractions like Disney, Team Lab Planets, Small Worlds and Mitsui Outlet Mall. Great access to the Shin-Urayasu station and shopping malls, food court, supermarkets, McDonalds, Lawsons and much more all within 5 mins walk. The welcome lounge with free drinks and sweets every evening was icing on the cake of our stay. Highly recommend!"

"Friendly staff. Room was huge with a good view. Shuttle to Disney was a plus. Walking distance to train station. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Westerm Food. Family Mart in the hotel."

"Everything was great! There was a check In terminal when we arrived. Fortunately there was someone to help us with the process. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Kashiwa JR station."

"Property is located within walking distance to the Kachiwa train station which is super convenient because you can get into the city easily. The room was clean, and comfortable for a short stay. "

"Kindly receptionists, clean room, useful amenities, good location. Everything was very good during our stays. Thank you! :)"

"Excellent value. It's a real apartment, not a hotel room — full kitchen, washing machine with laundry detergent already provided, strong AC, and a quiet bedroom for good sleep. Four beds, so great for a group, but I stayed solo and still felt the price was very fair. Check-in is self-service: they send a door code in advance and a short form asking for your name and a photo of your passport — quick and no hassle. Close to the train station and a convenience store is about 4 minutes on foot....

"Nice hotel to stay few nights. Walking distance to the station and to a nearby mall. Staff very friendly and good connection to the internet. Would use again"

"Small but functional rooms. Very friendly staff. Very good value. Close to station. "

"Everything was wonderful! 15 day stay after a surgery. Everyday fresh towels and robes were delivered to room, staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Room was spacious and immaculate. Convenient to supermarket, drugstore, dining, convenience store and train (2 minute walk across the street). Nadogaya Hospital 10 minute car ride."

"Incredible location closely located to ichikawa station. Very quiet environment with lots of privacy. Would stay again!"
