"We - a family of 4 - stayed in the Kyoto - JAPANESE Modern room and absolutely loved it. The room is very spacious and full of natural light due to plenty of windows. It even had an accessible balcony with beautiful views to the park. The mattresses were all very comfortable and the duvets were next level fluffy. No-one wanted to get out of bed in the morning. The place including the 2 x toilets and 2 x showers was super clean and so were bed linen and towels. Staff were very polite and helpful....

"The location of this property is close to Odori Park and is approximately 17mins walk from the Sapporo main station. Nice gesture on the part of the hotel to provide complimentry coffee/tea in the lobby. I especially liked the Hokkaido ice cream too "

"Our family of four had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this accommodation. It was perfectly spacious for four adults, ensuring a pleasant and uncrowded experience. We especially appreciated the convenience of having cooking and laundry facilities right there, which made our longer stay much more comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Sapporo. It's just a 10-minute walk to Nishi-Juhatchome Station on the Tozai subway line, allowing us to reach major city spots like Sapporo Station,...

"Room was clean, and staff were approachable. Although I didn’t opt for the breakfast, the location is very convenient with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Best of all, it is near the Sapporo station and many landmarks, so it made my stay in Sapporo very convenient. I also enjoyed their public bath - surprisingly, it wasn’t crowded whenever I came in on evenings after dinner."

"The reception, check-in process, guidance snd recommendations, reservation of a shuttle to the Sapporo Station, knowledge professionalism of staff stood out. Hotel was just a 3 minute walk to the Nishi Juitchome station Subway line that connect to Nanboku and Toho lines at the Odori Station. The tram station is just a minutes walk from the hotel. A very convenient, accessible and excellent hotel."
