This is very possibly the best place i have ever stayed!
The entire place was immaculate. My room was gorgeous. The bed was enormous and super super comfy. The room felt brand new, all the decor was finished to SUCH a high standard.
The bar down stairs was exactly what you would want from.an irish pub. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who bent ovwr backwards to accomodate its patrons.
Paul in particular was fantastic, tended to my every need. The pizzas, made on site, were out of this world....

Stunning setting with really friendly & helpful staff. The hotel had a lovely buzz & efficiently managed large groups (2 very big weddings & over 80 at Communion celebrations during our stay) with the differing needs of individual guests.

Had the most wonderful stay at Ballyseede castle. Felt totally relaxed with a lovely homely feel. Staff were so nice and food delicious. Lots of rooms to just hang out and enjoy some quiet time . Can't fault the Rose, you get the famous Irish welcome, it's clean, smart, and staff are attentive, good choice of drinks in Dotts bar and the food is very good. It was first real visit to Ireland and I think we've been spoilt, would we go back to the Rose, Yes without a doubt, when we come back to Kerry.
