Can't complain for the price, 2 comments for improvements would be to have a seating area outside and security keys into the bedroom area, that said, staff we're super helpful and welcoming. Snacks and drinks onsite to purchase, parking easy and great location for us."

"The hotel is a typical old pub, the staff lovely and welcoming. The stairways and walls are dated, but the rooms are tidy, clean, comfortable and cosy. The full breakfast was beautiful. I enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. For your evening meal we went to the Caven Arms on the recommendation of the hotel/pub manager and that was delightful too. "

"Hotel has nice decor and the room was clean. However, noisy guests and smoking marijuana outside the hotel due to location (lots of strange pubs nearby). The photo of the hotel is deceiving. It's right on a main road which is in a pretty run down area. SPA We booked to have a nice relax in steam room and pool. However, you have to pay £50 per person just to sit in a steam room for 2 hours. A bit excessive."
