Country hotel set in beautiful grounds, but modern and comfortable inside, friendly helpful staff and delicious food made for a relaxing short break. This was made even more special by a large delightful room and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

An excellent inn/accommodation with good food and reasonable prices. An old inn, much extend and beautifully decorated. Room are in the pub and 2 outside buildings. Only issue I would have is parking and access. . The site rises to the rear, both to the parking and the outside buildings. I use a walking stick and could just about manage the slopes and the stairs but severe walkers or wheel chair users would not. There is disabled parking (and electric charge points) availed. Lovely little place. Very quite also. Wish the pub was open for drinks at any time but but not your typical pub. Food there was lovely though! Especially the sea bass. Walk in shower was amazing! Great if you need an accessible rooms

Our visit to Homestead was outstanding in every way. From arrival to departure, we could not have had better service and attention. The house is unique and full of history and has been loving restored to the highest of standards. Could not recommend it more!!

Excellent hotel and food, parking easy, my room was a single, quite small for a 2 night stay, but for a 1 night stay it would be ok. Definitely will return, but will go for double room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fab little pub in the village of Ingleton. Really friendly bar staff and manager, even though they were really busy as we arrived on New Years Eve. Arranged a table for our evening meal and the food was worth the money. Room was comfy and lovely and warm, had everything you needed. Beautiful little hotel! The bedrooms, and indeed the whole place, was tasteful decorated with lots of lovely touches around & about. Michael, the owner, was very welcoming & helpful & went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, even arranging some takeout breakfast as we had to be up & out first thing. The rooms were comfortable & stylish, I had an excellent nights sleep! I was just sorry we weren’t there a little longer to take advantage of the downstairs space & well stocked...

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far , they couldn’t co enough for us and the rooms and place are absoluxley (see what I did there) amazing . We got engaged and they helped . Will deffo be returning

Dog friendly with area in restaurant both evening and breakfast. Bar area modern but still lots of character with food menu to suit most tastes. Evening meal of ribs and fajitas was good and breakfast good and plentiful.

Excellent customer service, very clean rooms, super comfy bed and pillows. My room was facing the main road and it wasn't even an issue. I'm a very light sleeper and I had two nights of 8 hours sleep. Would happily stay here again

Lovely hotel, well positioned. Staff were fantastic.

We travelled from Bournemouth to attend a family wedding and booked for 2 nights. The accommodation was first class and very spacious. We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The service and attention shown by all the staff was to the highest standard and we have no negative comments/criticism to make, whatsoever. The hotel was very busy with other parties and a wedding but we were always treated as important guests in our own right. It would be a pleasure to stay there again....
