"We enjoyed our stay. The entire staff was wonderful. Always willing to help, offering our kids snacks and plush toys. They provide complimentary fruit and welcome plate at the pool. Pool is heated and wonderful to be at with lots of space (be aware, it's by a busy road so you'll hear traffic and horns). Rooms were well appointed and modern. "

"I stayed for 3days and experience is terrible specifically towards hygiene. Room was full of cockroach, bed sheet was not cleaned so as room. As soon I reached I have asked them to clean my room . I will not recommend any one to stay. Most importantly pictures showing on the websites is totally different. So donot go by pictures."

"The location is quite convenient, especially for getting around by metro. What I really appreciated was how helpful the staff was—they even helped us arrange a cab for a full-day sightseeing tour. My parents felt very comfortable, which was important to me. The only small issue was that the room was a bit compact, but overall it was a nice stay."

"Great hotel, although some rooms needed a little maintenance, it was clean, bright and comfortable. It’s in a great location for the metro, restaurants and shopping with a cheap flea market (not handicrafts). The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe as a woman travelling alone."
