We arrived by water taxi and entered the hotel through its private water entrance on one of the canals, but it is also a short walk to one of the ferry stops. Rialto bridge is 10 minutes walk, while San Marco is about 20 minutes. "

" The property was great .Should note that there was construction in front of it due to work being done on the canal. Also need to walk over a small bridge to access the area so if one has a lot of luggage there is a way to hire someone with a cart to transport the luggage from the train station to the hotel which is close by. There is a great seafood restaurant next to the hotel which is very popular. I would recommend getting a reservation when you arrive.. "

"Right at the corner of 2 canals and about 8 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Quieter area of Venice. You can actually see gondolas glide by the window of their lobby/dining area--how cool. Out our window (and many of their rooms have similar views) you could see the canals. "

Would absolutely stay there again. Convenient both to get to and to reacb the major sights and lovely restaurants and an amazinv cocktail bar less than 5 mins away. "

"We stayed in the junior suite. It was roomy and had a cute little balcony overlooking a canal. We ordered breakfast to have on the balcony and it was quite a treat. I cannot say enough about Giuliani, he was always willing to help and answer questions. Highly recommend!"
