"Stayed four nights in Easter. A very nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We love the breakfast and late night snack - Ochazuke. Even we had a big meal just before coming back to the hotel, my kids love to enjoy a small bowl there. The bathroom products and the face mask available near the front desk are all made in Japan and in very good quality. We will definitely stay here again when we visit next time."

"The room was impressively spacious, the shuttle service made getting around effortless, and the on-site laundry facilities and Lawson convenience store were incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable, and its unbeatable proximity to both DisneySea and Disneyland makes it an outstanding choice. The cherry on top was access to a day-use onsen at a neighboring hotel. Highly recommended!"

"If I ever go to Disney in Tokyo again, I'm staying here. They accommodated my family of 5 in one room which I didn't think would be possible. It was very comfortable as well. Be sure to be on the early side of the breakfast buffet. Tons of food and it goes quickly!"

"This hotel worked well for our trip. There were just 2 of us, but the room was decently sized compared to other hotels for 2. Very nice having a separate toilet, shower, and sink areas in the room. 7/11 and Lawson's are very close. The #9 and #37 buses were really helpful for a quick trip to Maihama Station. Check in and out was very easy. We would stay here again."

"Quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Close to subway station, restaurants, grocery stores. There's a convenience store 10 steps away that is open 24 hours a day that has everything from shampoo to chocolate, razors and prepared meals. I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The staff were helpful at all times. There was no communication problem in English. We left our luggages after checking-out and came back for it. The location is very close to a mall and there are lots of good place to eat nearby. The bus loop going to Ichikawa Zoo is in front of the mall."

"Amazing place super close to the 20-25 minute direct bus to Tokyo Disney resort ( bus SS07 or SD08 from Kasai 660 yen each way for an adult, kids half price). The place is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, WiFi was great. Steps away from several places to eats, 711, supermarkets, and a pachinko slots place! We will definitely be staying there again if we return to the area."

"We were put in the older building as we are family of 4 and had bunk bed room. The Annex building is really old and rundown. The hallway carpets are stained and super dirty looking. The room itself is clean but also old. "

"It was an awesome experience. staff was super nice and friendly. they spoke very good English. they also helped me practice my Japanese. hotel room was great and bathroom was a great size. location was mid but had Lawsons right next door and same with the stations. but the scenery was beautiful. plus, great price. My recommendation, find a cheap hotel because you can go to cool places in Tokyo on the train and for cheap. plus, you're getting to your hotel late at night only to rest. hotels are...

"The staff were wonderful, greeting us cheerfully and having a helpful translation device on hand. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was small but adequate, given we were out all day, and the bathroom had everything we needed, including a western-style stand-up shower. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the railway station and shops, and was overall very good value."

"Staff are kind and helpful. Room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. It is located next to JR Tsudanuma Station where express bus connects to Haneda Airport and JR Train. Breakfast served by Denny’s in the building. 24 hour convenience store is right next door. I like and definitely use this hotel again."
