Quiet sleeping rooms, lovely breakfasts and always fresh cold water to drink. Comfy beds nice showers and we booked an extra night which was at a discounted rate. Excellent for visiting the city centre with most walks around 10 to 15 minutes. Really nice place."

"Incredibly clean room! Enjoyed having truly hot water for my shower. Easy to access and a short walk to the historic downtown. Could clearly hear the loud electronic beeps from people pressing five digit access codes into the key pads to get into the rooms near mine. (Bring some earplugs if that might wake you up.)"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Salamanca. The property was beautifully clean, very well maintained, and had a modern feel throughout. The room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Its location was perfect, close enough to all the main attractions, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet for a good rest. Absolutely worth the price, and we would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Check in is a nightmare. 3 flights of stairs , no elevator. Didn’t receive code to check in till 7pm night of check in. Check in times are 12 noon to 2 pm, 630pm to 9pm. Ended up booking hotel across Plaza. Hotels. com should highlight absurd check in and no elevator. "

"The checkin process was terrible. The key is a virtual one, which means you need to use the phone to unlock. For some reason it didn’t connect. So i was stuck outside of the building for 30 minutes. By luck i went to the luggage storage place to ask and they helped me to get the code. The place is in a nice location but being locked out in a 37 degree Celsius temperature is terrible"
