"Lovely hotel right in the centre of beautiful, friendly and clean historic town of Oundle. The hotel has their own carpark. Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early. It was spotless. There is even a surprise treat and toy for our cavapoo dog Bella. The staff are so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed here a few times, always good, staff are great too."

"Really nice staff, very helpful when we checked in. Room was as exactly as expected, clean and spacious. Parking was easy, plenty of spaces at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, well cooked food including bacon, sausages and egg. Breakfast was from 6.30am which suited as we were making an early getaway. Overall an excellent hotel, would definitely recommend."

"Very helpful staff ,lovely restaurant and very convenient location"

"Really good value for money and great location"

"Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again"

"Very good all round experience, lovely place to stay even better in the summer well cared for hotel with beautiful gardens 10 out of 10"
