Loved this hotel. Staff at reception could not be nicer or more helpful. The tall man in the bar was awesome and worked so hard.
Breakfast was a real let down. It was inconvenient and mean! Could not eat the eggs and the croissants were stale. Made no sense to have to queue for the hot food, croissants and coffee. This puts terrible pressure on the poor staff who are worked off their feet. The hotel is obviously short staffed. What a pity! Everything else was so nice!

We chose to stay in Brescia because hotels in Milan were expensive due to the ending of Expo there and because it could be reached from Milan via many trains but very pleased we did and would go again. This is a beautify historic city full of remarkable Roman remains, a huge museum containing some remarkable items, and a hill which you can climb to gain a fine view of the town and surrounding area.

We stayed for 2 nights at I due Roccoli in a room with lake views. Being high up on the mountain side, the view across the lake was spectacular. It's also very quiet and peaceful.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of franciacorta upon arrival.

The most beautiful, well-equipped hotel we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. I can't rate this place highly enough! 10/10 for everything. Beds were clean and super comfortable, pillows were amazing. Bathroom was huge and well equipped and the sauna in the room was a fantastic bonus.
