"We arrived to check in at about 11 PM. Reception staff were very helpful, cheerful, polite and informative. On the way to our room there was an empty take away bag and a not quite empty drink container left in the hallway ! Maybe nobody knew about it. We popped outside for a quick cigarette. The tables opposite the entrance door were all covered with empty glasses, drinks cups and cigarettes bits. The only ashtray was overflowing with discarded cigarettes. Looked very messy. It was all clean in...
