"We initially had some confusion regarding the location of the property - the postcode shown on the hotels.com listing suggests that it is in the middle of Saltburn but it is actually 15 minutes away - the correct postcode is TS13 4TB, and the property is at the very bottom of the single-track lane. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the living area in particular was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was lovely and peaceful.
