"One of my favourite hotels in London (and I've been in many). The location is outstanding and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The roof top bar is great as well, with quite a view."

"Clean and welcoming staff "

"It’s cheap and really well located for the centre of London. The rooms are tiny - they tell you they only change linens once every four days but they don’t change towels or clean the bathroom either! The lifts are overcrowded and slow"
