"Very good location close to timesquare"

"Great stay at Hotel 57. Convenient to Lenox Hill hospital and plenty of places to eat around."

"It was our second day there in a month and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. The room was incredibly large for a New York City hotel. Staff was very helpful and we love the location."

"Above & beyond our expectations! We were only able to stay for one night, but the staff made us feel like we'd been for a week. So friendly and helpful! Add to that the gear restaurant downstairs, close parking, and amazing decor - we'd go back again for sure!"

"Location is best im America. EVERYTHING is right there. Staff is extremely attentive and excellent workers. They found all kind of perks and things to offer us. Truly above and beyond. The property is older; needs renovations to bring it to 22 st century with period details. Our compliments to all employees who made us feel welcome and gave us the VIP treatment."

"Fantastic hotel - a grand hotel with great service and welcoming staff. Great location also"

"The hotel was excellent! Clean , friendly staff and the best location."

"Staff was very helpful--especially the doorman! The unit was comfortable and spacious. I was recovering from surgery at MSK. This hotel was within walking distance which was very helpful."

"They have 3 elevators, 2 of them where not working, one night they had to call the firefighters to get 2 people that got stucked, the hotel is busy so you might have to wait 15-20 mins to get to your room if this happens. I paid extra for a city view and got a 5th floor room. The breakfast is nice. Staff is helpfull. I had an early flight and when I got into an uber at around 2-3pm the lobby was full of potentially sx workers, I was with my kids so it was not a nice experience."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. I had a small issue with the bathroom door that was repaired immediately. Close to Subway station. "

"This was a beautiful hotel. The design decor was very tasteful. The rooms were clean and I had a skyline window view of the city. I will definitely book again"

"All the staff was very helpful professional and friendly. I want make an exceptional mention to the breakfast staff because they were excellent."

"Stayed here after a flight cancelation. Great staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Accessible LGA"

"Great location! Near Times Square but not in an area that’s over crowded. It’s clean. A block away from Central Park and near a subway station so easy to get to. There’s a deli directly across the street I recommend!"

"The staff was great! They made up for the dust and construction that was going on in the lobby."

"Staff are nice & polite. Services okay."
