"Ideal location as it is very close to KLCC. There is MRT station at walkable distance, restaurants at walkable distance, and even hospital right across from hotel. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. James and Michael specially were very courteous."

"Firstly, all the staff members were nice and friendly and they even let me check-in early without any extra charges. The Hotel is bit aged, but they have done their level best with the upkeep. It is located at a very prime area of the city (KLCC is very close) with a rooftop swimming pool access with a bar in it. I will definitely visit again. "

"The property is dated. There is no safe in the room. It is very close to the monorail, but the monorail and MRT only run til 1130. The staff is good and for money the room was fine. I would stay closer to Bukit Bintang next time"

"Modern & clean hotel, with efficient friendly staff. Near a bus station, but it was a safe area. Amenities were amazing. Valet, security, bar area, food delivery dropoff area, etc. Beautiful modern lobby, fast elevators, immaculate & well stocked, modern room. I was able to get a "Grab" (Malaysia's Uber)for about $4 to downtown, which was usually about a 10 min drive. "

"Terrible experience with both Hotels.com and MyKey. I booked a homestay two weeks in advance via Hotels.com for a 4-day stay while my mom was undergoing surgery nearby. Received check-in details and even a video—everything seemed confirmed. But when I arrived at 8PM, I was told *there was no room*. The staff claimed they had stopped working with Hotels.com and had asked to be removed, but nothing was done. Worst part? No one contacted me to cancel or warn me. I was left stranded late at night...
