"This was a great stay & I would recommend to others. We were welcomed with delicious mango juice during check-in and that just set the tone for the rest of our stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Every need and concern was addressed and fixed. The location was also close to everything. About a 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Bangla and the mall. I will definitely stay again when I return. "

"Have stayed at the Novotel numerous times and overall pleased with the staff and location."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong. The location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax comfortably. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the pool area was amazing for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel...
