A real gem. On arrival the owner made us very welcome and throughout our stay he was extremely helpful. A nice, quiet, well appointed room and an excellent breakfast.The location is ideal for exploring the area. You can walk to Intra-Muros (The old town) or there is a bus stop nearby. This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of historic Dinan, perfectly situated for an easy walk to all the local shops and historic sites. I had a wonderful stay with my five-year-old daughter on our recent visit to Saint Malo. The room was very comfortable and clean with all amenities and access to a nice courtyard, it was super convenient for the ferry terminal, the old town and beaches, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the breakfast was magnifique. Merci beacoup, we'll be back!

We really enjoyed out three day stay here. From the friendly welcome at our arrival, in what is an imposing building from the outside, perhaps a bit less so on the inside. The room was comfortable, the breakfast very good, and the location a very short walk to all the main attractions in Dinan. There is a good choice of restaurants nearby. We loved the town, it was our first visit, and hope to get back to both Dina and the Hotel Arvor as soon as possible next year.

Very friendly and attentive owner in an elegantly renovated large cottage; exactly as you would like to find it in northern Brittany!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room has been recently refurbished. The car park has wide spaces. The hotel is dog friendly. The hotel is next to McDonald's and a large Carrefour and Lidl's. The hotel is near a beau village St Siliac. The hotel has beautiful plants at reception to make it look pretty. The hotel is near the ferry at St Malo.

The hotel has been operating for over 100 years and as such the decor is rather old-fashioned which adds to its charm. Although the room was comfortable it could benefit from modernisation such as air conditioning, however it did have external shutters which helped to keep the room cool. The hotel has excellent views over the bay and is located on the Promenade Claire de Lune which is very pleasant to walk along and leads to a smaller, less busy beach.
