"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. Hot water had very low pressure, almost impossible to wash long hair. Noise of cars and motorbikes from the main road, which is right behind the fence. We are not...

"The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. The staff were all fantastic…always so friendly and helpful. The hotel has several pools that get cleaned daily. They made up our room and provided water, coffee, creamer and sugar daily. They can also help you rent a scooter, delivered to the hotel. The only thing I could suggest is that they have their fitness room equipment serviced and perhaps add a few more sets of dumbbells."

"We loved our stay here, having the separate villas was great for the mix of families. Great pool and amenities in each villa. Poo, the house keeper was sensational! She was so attentive and kind, helpful in booking trips, getting us the best price and catering the most delicious breakfast. She even got me a cake for my birthday. A day or two after booking, we got a cancelat ion email from them saying they were full, I got about four of those emails. Then made a reservation more than an hour away so we'd have a room. I received an email the morning after we were supposed to arrive asking where we were?! I responded that they had canceled us multiple times, why would we show up.
