However the hotel is superbly situated at the bend in the river Tay , and you can sit outside enjoying the views.

I had a lovely experience staying at the Luib Hotel, Nelly and James were fab hosts also down to earth no nonsense folk. Home cooked food was delicious, I had evening meals and Breakfasts.
The hotel is on a busy main road however this didn't spoil my stay. My room which looked on to the road was well soundproofed , I had a wee well earned nap in the afternoon without being disturbed.
I had my canine companion with me, Nelly made a fuss over him which made our stay even more enjoyable. There...

The owners are wonderful people who prepared a 5-star breakfast for our family and complemented it with friendly conversation. While on a road trip through Scotland, my friends and I booked a room at this hotel, and we were SO PLEASED!! We stayed in Chalets 5 and 6 (members of the Beatles stayed in Chalets 1 and 6 once in 1964) and were really comfortable with lots of privacy and a FABULOUS view of the loch across the street. Breakfast was included in the price and was superb. I'm planning on bringing some family on a Scotland trip soon, and I've already decided we will be staying at The Four Seasons!!

Our host, John was friendly and welcoming, with great local knowledge, and served up excellent cooked breakfasts. Inverardran was an excellent base for a short break in the west central Highlands, with good road connections to many areas of interest.

I had a lovely welcome from Margaret and was shown to my lovely, comfortable and clean room. I was only staying a night while I took part in an event up the road in Kenmore but would have been delighted to stay longer so that I could explore Killin a bit more and enjoy the comfort of this perfectly located and friendly B&B.
