"Everything was good except the toilet paper holder fell off the wall first use. They were unable to fix it during our stay so the roll sat on the side of the tub. Truly a first world problem but then again, the room rate was not exactly a bargain rate either. Also the faucet on the sink was completely loose and wobbly and you had to turn it on carefully. I was sure it was going to fall off during our stay but we made it out without flooding the room. Staff was nice as could be. Bed was comfy and lots of pillows. It is an old building so those sort of grungy corners and baseboards are just hard to update. The rest of the room was updated and clean."

"Thrilled to see more options in Pendleton. And appreciated the friendliness of staff, clean clean cleanness and rate. The pool looked nice too. Wished for a water option (fountain for bottles). Maybe we missed it. And the big gap for us were the very very soft beds. You feel like you are in a hammock. Reviews had comfy beds. That was why we booked. As nicely as this property has been restored (it’s lovely) and getting a great rate, and everything being spotless…the beds just deal breakers. Anyway, if a super soft bed is a non issue for you, this place gets all my respect for offering a much needed service in the heart of Pendleton."

"The staff were amazing and very friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. The sheets and towels had visible stains on them. The table hadn't been wiped off at all. The TV and remote required you to reprogram the TV every time you turned it on. It wasn't what you'd expect for the amount of money I paid."

"I chose this hotel for the convenience of being close to my family. Upon check in there were no handicap rooms so I was given a down stairs #2. There are 4 rooms at the bottom of this stairs case which leads you out a door but no parking so you have to park in front upstairs for starters. OK I am in and it is clean but ghe sofa smells of smoke from a smoker not good but liveable. In 5 nights I had little sleep as the unit over head was so noisy from a lose floor all you heard was SQEEK SQEEK SQEEK SQEEK Whenever they walked no matter what. The sound of water running can be heard when any of the 8 on that end run any water at all. It was a ok place and when I checked out and discussed it with the owner he basically looked at me like you just want a discount and I walked out. Good for the money,bad for sleep in unit 2."
