Hotel was clean, spacious and very well run. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, the junior suite was spacious and well appointed. Arriving late and missing the evening meal the staff ensured that a meal was sent to the room just after our arrival including a half bottle of wine and a plate of fresh fruit. Everyday a litre of bottled water was placed in the room at no extra charge. The outdoor pool was very clean and maintained but not heated, it takes a brave soul to swim...

Very high standard of service. Simple but high quality rooms with extremely comfortable 5 star standard beds, pillows and sheets. The restaurant is surprisingly good and they cater for gluten intolerances. You can use the beach shuttle from the Hilton across the road to the gorgeous Falesia beach with beach club. As a single traveller I felt very welcome here and liked the quiet pool area. Reception staff are charming and helpful. Very good value and well located hotel.

Hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast was delicious (including: pancakes, fruit, full English, breads, pastries, hot drinks and juices). Hotel was practically on the beach. The loungers on the beach weren’t free which was a little disappointing considering the price. The beach was beautiful, nice sand and a little rocky in parts. Locals were lovely, much quieter than Vilamoura as the area was more a native Portuguese holiday area. Amazing holiday- would return!!!

We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely will go back. Magical.

I travelled to Vilamoura with my mother and my three children. We occupied two twin rooms during our four night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It surpassed all of our expectations I love the shower and deep bath tub . The staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional and went the extra mi. We stayed at the Episode Sana for 4 nights. We went to relax and whine down, so the location was a perfect spot for us. If you want to. Lovely clean apartments.....great jacuzzi and pool. Ideal for a quiet holiday. Small square with a supermarket,handful of restaurants and a couple of shops but nothing else! Bus stop to albufeira.....not Vilamoura..however you can catch bus to olhas do agua (next village) and then catch faro bus which calls at vilamoura, quarteira etc...tourist information don't tell you this as they want to sell you their shuttle service (much more expensive!)

Started in a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool. The apartments are great. Good points: Lots of space, an extremely well equipped kitchen, clean, largeTV & a DVD player, apartments generally finished to a high standard, no shortage of sun loungers at pool, secure car park, good wifi. Bad points: very few but little sun on balcony if overlooking the pool, only 1 sun lounger on balcony, hard beds.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and bright. It's main 'attraction' for me was not the waterpark, (which is included in the price and is excellent), but it's staff. They rescued us by sending my daughter's mobile phone in a taxi, to the airport when we realised two hours before departure that she had unfortunately left it in the room! Food at the hotel was reasonable and there were local restaurants a short stroll away from the hotel. Two drawbacks are that there is no free wifi in the rooms...
