Very welcoming and accommodating staff. room size was smaller than expected with large bathroom and outside patio space overlooking rooftops with morning sun. bed was comfortable and breakfast underwhelming. Good location- next to cathedral and bars.

We took some time to pre-review hotels for our first visit (7 nights) in Murcia. Being inland we wanted to mix culture and food with some relaxation and a pool. And Hotel Nelva ticked every box. We've stayed here before and chose to return again, we weren't disappointed. The hotel staff are always very pleasant and helpful, the parking is just around the corner and very convenient considering it's central location. Missed the breakfast this time, but will definitely be returning on our next overnight trip to Murcía.

It ticks all the right boxes . Very clean,comfortable and well appointed room and en suite. Tasty breakfast options. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for sight-seeing. Hard to expect better value, particularly for a three star hotel.

Well located hotel close to city centre and shopping (El Corte Ingles next door) . Nice spacious rooms and very clean. Parking on site (although a bit expensive at 20 euros) .

Only a brief stay but very welcoming staff

We had a lovely stay. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly especially Pedro. The breakfast was a good selection. It is only a 15 minute walk from the city centre where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.
