"While somewhat expensive to my wife and I, everything was wonderful. Our ADA rated Cabana was immaculately clean and well maintained. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us. My wife has always wanted to stay at the Fredonia and I was able to make this happen for our recent 25th anniversary. Thank you to all the folks at the Fredonia!"

"When arriving at the hotel, it was obvious that the state and condition of the hotel was not like the pictures online represented. It is rundown and alittle sketchy looking from the outside. After we checked in we entered our room to be greeted by a dead roach in the bathroom. We booked using a 3rd party service. Apparently the staff doesn’t know how to handle 3rd party bookings because the front desk personnel then came beating on our door and made false accusations that we provided fraudulent bank account information and a fake phone number. We booked through Expedia and mind you I gave them a copy of my credit card when I checked in so have no idea where they got the fake bank info from since I didn’t provide anything like that. With the room being dirty and the hostile front desk we decided we had had enough and contacted Expedia and requested a refund and to move to another hotel."

"I absolutely love this hotel! The staff are so friendly, especially the front desk staff! The coffee and breakfast was wonderful and they had real half-and-half. The bed was comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I imagine with my daughter‘s college aspirations that I will definitely be staying here more."
