"My biggest complaint was that west-facing rooms should have thicker curtains since the sun doesn’t set until nearly 10pm in the summer. Otherwise it was a decent hotel in a prime location."

"This was our 2nd stay at Sunshine Motel and will definitely not be our last. Super clean comfy and very well maintained. The owners are an extremely hospitable and accommodating couple. Very pleased with this awesome place in a beautiful setting with easy access to Lake Superior right across the road. Highly recommended!"
