"The hotel itself is a typical "Railway hotel" that is tired looking in places (ie needs decorating) but that said it is still a lovely hotel, the rooms are clean there is tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge i can't comment on the breakfast as I didnt have it. The check in lady (Annabelle i think!) Was first class her customer service was second to none and should be recognised by the hotel management, obviously very close to Newcastle Central Station and also close to restaurants...
