8/10 Good
"Really nice hotel, short walk from the beach. Excellent breakfast with literally endless choice.
The rooftop restaurant/bar is top notch.
We were here as a couple but bear in mind it is a very family oriented hotel. Never bothered us and there seems to be loads going so the parents could relax.
Amazing pool facilities for kids.
Set in a nice local Balinese area with a super modern mini mall attached.
As everywhere else on this island the staff are impeccable. Would deffo recommend. "
"The atmosphere and set up of the hotel around the pool was exceptional. Short walk to beach. Good size room. Good vegan options for food and non alcoholic drink options. Would definitely stay again. "
"I was looking for a property to host my guest for my upcoming birthday party. I had high hopes for the place because the pictures looked so good. Saddly, those were old photos. This was the most rundown property Ive ever seen. The food was subpar, the condition of the property was -30, and at checkout, when asked how the stay was. I was TRYING to tell her my experience, and she spoke over me say great, everything was good. I was shaking my head and saying no, but she just went on like I could have possible say anything positive. When the place was a dump!!!

"Resort is huge but the biggest standout is the colleagues working there. From Simon and Aldi at Front Desk who handled the small hiccup during the stay to Putri in F&B who came to check in on us during breakfast, you can really feel the genuine sense of care they have for their guests.
Kudos also to the housekeeping team for their quick responses to our requests especially when our daughter was not well one evening. "
