"We stayed 1 night at portavadie hotel in a standard lodge room. It was spacious and clean with the bonus of a mini fridge & pint of milk which is a nice touch. It surprised me how big the complex . You can either walk or drive to the leisure facilities as its not in the same building as reception & restaurant. The restaurant food is good & the staff very pleasant. Especially Debbie who served us at breakfast. I would definitely stay here again"

"Stayed one night and had the car valet parked. The car was on time in the morning. Pub in the hotel was excellent and our breakfast was just right. As Americans, we are used to huge breakfasts but this was a great change from feeling over stuffed! Hotel was right on the water with amazing views! Highly recommend a stay at Oban Bay Hotel!"
