"The professionalism and service level was beyond compare. on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best the nice hotels in the USA had to offer..... Hotel twenty-seven is a 10. I had multiple special requests to make our 40th anniversary special and they exceeded my expectations in every situation."

"This hotel is beautiful. It is elegant but warm. The rooms are a lovely size and the back gardens are such a great outdoor relaxation spot. What makes this hotel special though are its people. They were not only kind, looking for opportunities to do more for their clients, but they were knowledgeable. I can not thank them all enough for making our stay so enjoyable."

"Very nice location and friendly staff"

"Nice clean boutique hotel in a quiet area of the city, but close to everything there is to do in Amsterdam. Foyer bar in the evening serves breakfast in the morning. Had a small but very clean room that was nicely decorated in floral design. "

"Great location near the train station and a short walk to many tourist sites & cool neighbourhoods. The room was compact but spacious enough to relax, and the design was quintessentially Dutch. :-)"

"Firstly the location of this lovely hotel is ideal ! On a canal on a quiet street but walkable to everything ! The staff greeted us with a smile Prosecco and were extremely helpful ( especially Helene )! The room was beautifully appointed with a mix of antiques and modern amenities and extremely clean and comfortable .. only negative were the stairs to the top since no elevators but worth the climb!!"

"Amazing views of canal life from several Tivoli rooms! Staff were attentive to every detail and helped make celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary an absolute treasure. Particular thanks to Teresa."

"Very nice stay. Excellent central location to all the major sites."

"High quality hotel in a great location. Short walk from/to the main train station. Within walking distance to museums, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. Definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet to any stay."

"Very nice hotel with a good location. Plenty of food options and one tram stop from the Rijksmuseum. Van Gogh a short walk from Rijksmuseum. Restaurant downtowns serves a local bar at night and breakfast (included) was great. Only issues, smoke alarm came on at 1am only to be false alarm. Lightning in room was poorly placed so the room was dim. Hot and cold water wasn't at an extreme at either end. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff. I would stay there again."
