"Great holiday resort, staff are very helpful and friendly, I booked all inclusive, food & drinks are available all day. Helpful front desk staff and management. They care to make your stay comfortable I give 9.9 out of 10. And they deserve this. Special thanks to the following people Waiter: Houssem, Front Desk: Aya Poolside LifeGard. Ali Indoor pool. Muhammad And the manager. At the beginning of the journey. And many others couldn’t keep the names. "

"Overall the hotel is nice, would I stay here again, probably! Not a lot of entertainment on around the pool, the food is better than other hotels I’ve been in! Only down fall for me personally was the cleaner off the room, either the room wasn’t cleaned or when it was the only thing that was done was the bed had been made our jarmas where just chucked on top of our cases, never replenished the toilet paper have to ask for extra every day as none was giving to us."

"I travelled to Sousse with kids and stayed here as our first stop in Tunisia. Its a huge hotel with multiple building. Plentiful parking and it is very nice. Mist likely i booked the cheapest room so we were stuck in the building aaaallllll the way back. It was fine but positive its not as nice as the front building. Rooms and facility clean. "A welcoming haven in the medina and a great location near the edge meaning it’s not too far to walk to your car (the hotel tells you where you can park which is nearby). We were so well looked after by the wonderful and very kind Rahma who prepared the most delicious breakfasts every day and delighted in playing with our little daughter. We were sad to leave her! The family room on the ground floor suited us very well."

"An all inclusive resort that provided breakfast/lunch/dinner and evening entertainment. It was right on the beach and the staff was very professional and attentive. A 20 minute walk to the Medina or about a 10-dinar taxi ride."
