Our room was lovely and very clean with a good sized balcony. This was our second stay. The hotel is in a quiet but perfect location to reach the shops, beach and railway station. It is great to travel along the coast, the train calls at s number of stations. We went to Menton, Monaco, Nice and Antibes, we would recommend a zou 7 day pass at 50 euros per person, this is great value, when compared with separate tickets. Cannes is certainly the place of the beautiful but that doesn't just end with the people. I stayed here with my husband on an all too short break. Did my homework and it certainly paid off. The Five Seas provides laid back luxury in a fantastic boutique setting. It's design oriented but in no way pretentious. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a spacious junior suite and free welcome cocktails courtesy of Expedia. I'm big on service and The Five Seas did not disappoint. ...

Hotel was in an excellent position, just a block back from Promenade des Anglais, near a couple of decent restaurants on the front and less than a mile from the old town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with storing the luggage, advising honestly about places to go and how to get there. Breakfast (extra cost) was what we needed - cereals, cold meat and cheese, boiled eggs, some fruit and croissants etc. There's a supermarket over the road for anything else you need. We absolutely adored staying at Hotel Renoir. The staff, Karin and Emmanuelle, were really knowledgeable about the Cannes area and related cities, such as St.Tropez, Nice, and Monaco. They sent us to the top places, such as CBeach in Cannes and 55 in St. Tropez, which we really enjoyed.

We booked the triple superior room and was not disappointed. The room was spacious with three good size single beds that were very comfy. The bathroom was large with a decent hairdryer, (we was left with no toilet paper (given 2 thin rolls) so had to get some ourselves) I’m sure we could have asked reception for some.
Room had a balcony with table and chairs.
Staff were friendly and hotel very clean.

Fantastic experience staying at the Palais Saleya Apartment & Suite, with friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for 10 days, family of 3. Location is superb with access to many amenities - easy access to food, shopping and beach. Easy access from the airport either via public bus or via taxi. Have stayed in other hotels along the Nice Promenade and have thoroughly enjoyed a change to staying in a well equipped apartment instead. Highly recommended for the more adventurous !

We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English.

Located a short walk from the beach and restaurants, on a busy main road so there is traffic noise but it is in heart of the City so not unexpected.
Room was spacious, clean with fresh towels and bedding each day. Aircon was efficient.
While there was a kettle with tea and coffee only one breakfast tea and fruit tea replenished each day, would have been nice to have a couple more. I am sure if we asked they would have been provided.
