"My husband, our toddler, and I just wrapped up a 6-night stay at Divi Little Bay Resort, and overall, we were pleasantly surprised. I know this property has some mixed reviews, but our experience was largely positive, with just a few important caveats for families traveling with very young kids. **The Pros:** * **The Staff:** I completely disagree with the negative reviews regarding the service. Everyone we encountered was polite, welcoming, and always said hello. * **The Rooms:** Our room was clean, well-maintained, and in good condition throughout our stay. * **The Beach & Food:** The beach here is absolutely beautiful and completely free of seaweed. The food at the resort was also consistently good. **The Cons (What to know if traveling with toddlers/young kids):** * **Housekeeping Shortages:** The housekeeping team appeared to be very short-staffed during our stay, which led to delays and inconsistencies with room service. * **Not fully toddler-friendly:** The resort doesn't offer a kids' club or organized activities for the little ones. The restaurants lack basic toddler conveniences like straws or kid-friendly cups, so you'll want to pack your own. * **The Shower Situation:** The bathroom only had a fixed showerhead rather than a handheld sprayer. Trying to rinse sand off a squirming toddler was extremely difficult. Also, hard to completely get the sand off your feet this way."
