Clean just a little far away from Bergamo have to get taxi and that's expensive

Stayed the night before flying from Bergamo. It was close to the airport and well priced. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Room service was also handy as the family were tired after a long day in Milan and didn’t feel up to eating in the restaurant. Great stay and would use again if in the area.

The property was within 20-30 minutes walk from the airport. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with any requests. The room was very clean and had a small kitchen which was very useful. We had to leave early so didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

Right from the moment I booked this room, everything was perfect. Communication was excellent and instructions of how to access the room were very clear. The room itself was plain and simple, but everything worked and was very clean. The a/c also was great - quiet, but efficient. Location-wise, it is absolutely wonderful for accessing the old town: very central and just steps away from a superb café/bakery, an ice cream shop and countless restaurants. Yet, the room was very quiet and tucked...

Our stay in the historic Ex-Convent was amazing in a beautiful area with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

Romantic weekend away - loved the Spa facilities, very relaxing. Breakfast superb, relaxing ambiance on the hotel, interesting art décor. Soothing stay. 5 minute walk to railway station - commute to lots of locations - 1hr by train to Milan. 2 minute walk to supermarket with very cheap wine/Prosecco/Pironi/Snacks. ice Indian restaurant in Bergamo / would recommend eating in 'old Bergamo town' - we missed this opportunity.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the funicular to the upper city (Citta Alta) and airport bus stops close to the hotel. Pleasant and comfortable rooms with refrigerator, tv, air conditioning, toiletries and slippers. Excellent buffet breakfast with an excellent choice of food. We found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was our second stay and we look forward to retuning again soon

Experience was excellent from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful staff at check-in and they give us useful information on the locality to maximise our stay. Room was spacious clean and had large bathroom. Lovely setting for breakfast. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.

Hotel was value for money and the staff/facilities first-class. Breakfast included a large selection of juices,meats, cheeses, cooked choices and the usual cereals/mueslis etc.Coffee is excellent. Hotel is centrally located close to all the important sights and attractions.

Firstly, I would like to express how helpful Marco was! Always very friendly and professional on all contacts. My room was pretty clean, I booked from the 28th to the 30th but had very late (delayed) and early flights, so was just there essentially for a night. The location is convenient enough to get around the different shops and points of interest. Water pressure in the showers was great.

Great new property that was lovely and perfect for the late Ryanair flight in Arrived with 20 euro taxi, used PIN codes to enter, had light supper and wine across the road (open until 1am) Next day late start with walk around new and old town and back to airport to collect car and head to slopes Perfect Will go again

Great hotel. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Spa was lovely too.

We stayed for 2 nights at I due Roccoli in a room with lake views. Being high up on the mountain side, the view across the lake was spectacular. It's also very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a glass of franciacorta upon arrival. The room was a good size, clean comfortable. WiFi through out and free (ask reception for login). We ate in the restaurant one of the nights. The food was excellent. The following night we decided to dine in Iseo (nearby...
