"Good location for The Glasshouse with a nearby bus to go into Newcastle. Room was fine and clean. Had Pizza in bar on evening which was lovely. Breakfast was adequate, could have been a bit hotter but was fine. "

"Breakfast is good . Tv service is awful there is not cable tv or PPV movies or even in my room at last a tv that you can use to log into you’re Netflix account . I went to the trader Vic’s bar to see the Fury fight as they advertise sports on the big screen . Nothing just the same as the room . For context the tv in the room was not even a smart tv it was an LG the same as my sons at home a 2009 32 “ . The room is ok basic no fridge not even bottle of water in a. Deluxe room . "Staff were helpful and polite. The room was clean, with an excellent view. But the bed was not very comfortable, and the heating was not brilliant. The fixtures and fittings were worn and dated. Breakfast was ok, but could do with a decent coffee machine as you would find in similar setups. So in short, a potentially lovely place that just needs investment to upgrade it."

"It could do with a bit more attention around the back of the bed and cupboard as it was a little bit dusty, but other than that the room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. I couldn't work out how to turn on the tv, so i left it and watched YouTube on my phone. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Shelley, the bar staff was helpful also, she is a credit to your team. I would stay there again in the future."
