Very high standard of service. Simple but high quality rooms with extremely comfortable 5 star standard beds, pillows and sheets. The restaurant is surprisingly good and they cater for gluten intolerances. You can use the beach shuttle from the Hilton across the road to the gorgeous Falesia beach with beach club. As a single traveller I felt very welcome here and liked the quiet pool area. Reception staff are charming and helpful. Very good value and well located hotel.

We have just come back from a 4 night stay at the hotel, and I can truly say it is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The 1 bed room apartment over looking the golf course was amazing. It was a fantastic experience. We were welcomed at the reception by Peter whose amiable and happy to have you made us felt that we were being welcomed by Saint Peters himself to Paradise. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Apartment was absolutely spotless, as are all the communal areas. The pool was crystal clear and cleaned daily. Lovely quiet setting only a short walk to shops, restaurants and marina. We were looking for the cheapest deal we could find for a short break so expected something basic and were very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.

From the moment we landed, the Portugese people provided us with 5 star service. The hotel met our expectations, but based on comments previously read, the Breakfast far exceeded our expectations. Could not really fault this hotel at all, and i am very hard to please. Arrived at Eleven in the morning, and was checked in straight away. The room and balcony were large, well maintained and very clean. We had only booked bed and breakfast, and breakfast was freshly cooked to our liking. The staff were fabulous in all departments, very friendly, helpful and polite. A special mention to Marco on reception, who was super efficent and went over and beyond in every way to help. Great location near the Marina and the beach and very well stocked with crockery/cutlery, etc. Breakfast was amazing catering for all tastes and included in the price. Free parking was a bit difficult to find this trip but not a problem when we stayed there in the past. Comfortable beds and a;together great value. Pity about the noise from men leaving the bars late at night though!

We booked a week for our honeymoon and Masana Algarve exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The apartment provided all the amenities needed, clean, spacious and very comfortable. High quality accessories and linen. Accessible and quiet, well looked after and walking distance of sandy beach. Staff very friendly and professional with a very positive polite attitude. Can’t recommend it enough. Definitely will go back. Magical.

Hotel was clean, spacious and very well run. Staff were friendly and very helpful at all times, the junior suite was spacious and well appointed. Arriving late and missing the evening meal the staff ensured that a meal was sent to the room just after our arrival including a half bottle of wine and a plate of fresh fruit. Pinheiros da Balaia is a fantastic place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Albufeira. The villas are finished to a very high standard and are cleaned every day. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool bar served us with some of the best food of our holiday. It is located a short distance from the beach and shops, the old town is just a short taxi ride (though we did walk a couple of times, but don't try walking in the mid day sun!). The hotel was comfortable, clean and bright. It's main 'attraction' for me was not the waterpark, (which is included in the price and is excellent), but it's staff. They rescued us by sending my daughter's mobile phone in a taxi, to the airport when we realised two hours before departure that she had unfortunately left it in the room! Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! I got a tour of the facilities as soon as I arrived which I loved as it meant I didn’t have to discover things independently and wonder how things worked.
