All staff were great but front desk service was superb with food recommendations on a sheet made up for guests was helpful and cool etc. food was great at hotel lobby open fave meatloaf sandwhich with fried egg and gravy on top will sit you down! lol and on the 16th floor the breakfast was amazing as well. "We had a wonderful stay. We eat a light breakfast, and they had everything we needed (oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, a great tea selection) in the kitchen. We parked on the street in front, but there is also a free parking area behind the building, accessed through an alley. It is walking distance to the two squares downtown, and there are several restaurants in a restored warehouse just a block away. We would definitely stay there again if we’re ever in Raleigh."

"Just a quick overnight stay in a one bedroom suite. Great central downtown raleigh location. Close to local events and concert venues. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Both property and room were very well maintained. Bustling rooftop bar and delicious breakfast (my favorite part). Only thing we were missing was room service."
