"Amazing experience at this resort. Very relaxing vibes "

"Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was great and the location is the best place in town"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient, right between the bus stops of both ways Thun and Interlaken. We love to have breakfast very morning next to the beautiful lake of Thunersee. Location of the hotel is amazing beautiful. Staffs are very nice, helpful, and professional. Hotel also provided a great discount to many places, more then other hotels. We used them for the discount tickets."

"Sauberes Zimmer. Freundliche Bedienung (an der Rezeption und das Servierpersonal im Restaurant) Gemütliche Atmosphähre."

"This hotel is very much a boutique hotel. No elevator or air conditioning but still a very nice and clean room. The decor is shabby chic and bedding is comfortable. The included breakfast is not as much as we have had at other hotels during this trip but a quick yogurt and coffee and croissant does the trick. The staff was very friendly and even took our bags up to our room for us. FYI the parking is not real sat either which was nice."

"Beautiful view, excellent accommodations!!"

"Clean and comfortable. Staff all friendly and very professional. Would defiantly stay again."

"Good hotel if you're just looking for a place to sleep, since you’ll probably be out exploring most of the time. It’s not a 5-star property, but it does the job for a night or two. Staff were friendly and the location is spot on — about a 10–15 minute walk to the lake and the center of Thun. Parking is available right next to the hotel and it’s affordable, but make sure to have some Swiss Franc coins on you."

"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. We messaged the property well before we arrived that we still needed our access code. No response. We messaged them while we were waiting outside. No response. While my pregnant wife was...

"Love this place and the staff is awesome. "

"The room was amazing and the staff extremely helpful."

"If you plan to be in the Interlaken area and are able to stay out of town, book here for fantastic owners Dani & Lynda (make you so helpful and give great advice on where to visit for day trips) and….the views! Stunning! Highly recommend. Don’t expect 5 star, but expect the best experience."

"Clean, close to ferry and train, really good breakfast buffet, helpful staff, beautiful small town."

"This hotel is in the most beautiful setting right on Lake Thun. A gorgeous lawn leading down to the lake with recliners, tables and chairs, a bar, large chess board, and a place to go swimming. They also have a wonderful spa. The breakfast has so much variety to keep you going for the day. I especially loved the view from my room with a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains."

"Excellent service and location."

"The property was beautiful and our room had a great view. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was great. One note, when traveling to and from Interlaken, the busses take a 2-3 hour rest around dinner time so make sure to plan your afternoon accordingly."

"Beautiful property. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Would recommend. Also, air conditioning was extremely appreciated during a heatwave."

"Really lovely stay with a family. Staff was very helpful and hospitable."
