"I had a pleasant stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter. The hotel was very clean, which made me feel comfortable right away. The staff were helpful when I had trouble with the room temperature on arrival, and they sorted it out quickly. Housekeeping were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service. "

"Handy location and helpful staff. Only a few minutes walk into town and had parking (for a fee). Booked a deluxe double, but unsure what made it any different to a standard room. Was basic with a view of a small building's roof. Large brown stain on the duvet which we told reception about, who came to inspect. Was provided with a new duvet cover that we had to fit ourselves. Reception and entrace were lovely so expected a little more from the room itself, but did the job for one night which is...

"Everything about stay exceeded expectations. Location , staff professionalism and efficiency at reception namely Mini , staff in the restaurant and bar . Only one night stay but check in & check out was seamless. Only thing missing was bottled water in room. Otherwise faultless Thank you ! "

"Once you figure out where the in gate is (a little map on the check in instructions may be helpful) a beautiful building with authentic architectural designs and my room 14 was on the ground floor overlooking the gardens. Comfy bed exceptionally clean and nice a quiet, very safe for lone travellers., I will be visiting again, the physician pub over the road and food was really good! I will be back "

"Stayed 2 nights at the Ibis mainly for proximity to New Street station but I was pleasantly surprised by the clean feel from reception to room. Welcoming staff on arrival and at breakfast. Room v small but had all I needed, including bedside shelf and wardrobe space, which so many city hotels don't. Breakfast fine and loads of eateries within 5-minute walk."
