"I am from the Chicagoland area and I am in the city often. I did not know this hotel even existed. My two four-year olds and I had a GREAT time, especially because of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub situation! What a blast! The room was clean and spacious and the balcony was great for the kids. I will definitely return here soon!"

"Receptionist was rude and un helpful made us wait 10 mins til it was exactly 4 on the dot to check in after driving 3 hours to get there. No lobby bathroom. It was a airbnb not a hotel. It said beach view and we got no beach view just the amazing sight of a brick wall, And the kitchen lights which was in front of the bed would not turn off so we had to sleep with lights on. There was no help desk or anyone to call to get help. Horrible Chicago experience. Will not be back!"
