"Hosts were charming. Nothing too much trouble. Carried our heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs. Parking ticket arranged and we were able to park right out side our rooms."

"I stayed two nights in this fantastic guest house. Everything from the friendly welcome to the large stylish room, I couldn't fault a thing. Excellent breakfast in the morning to set you on your way into central Brighton which was five minutes away. Parking can be tricky but I found a space right..."

"Chose this hotel as it was very reasonably priced for the time and location. unlike the usual "you get what you pay for" this was excellent considering it is YHA. Breakfast well worth the money. Would definitely stay here again.. "
