"Hotel Dama was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood was walkable and safe, very close to Chapultepec Park which we really enjoyed. The included breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. The rooftop terrace is so peaceful and perfect to relax with a drink. The hotel itself is a bit loud (street noise and insufficient soundproofing from the hallway) but it didn't bother us much. The bed was also so comfortable - I would love to stay here again! "

"Very nice apartments in a secure building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has great options for dining and coffee. Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping. And they only provide clean towels every 3 days, so plan...

"We stayed at Acapulco apartment which has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, sofa, dining table. Hotel is very clean, staff is very courteous and the hotel is very well located to move around easily. I fully recommend it. My family had a wonderful stay. "
